
Stacy Geiger Esq.
Attorney Stacy Geiger began her legal career in 2005 working for one of Florida’s largest collection law firms. During her tenure, Stacy conducted thousands of depositions, appeared in numerous hearings and trials, and negotiated a myriad of settlements.
In 2009, she turned the tables and began working for one of the largest debt settlement firms in the nation. Stacy worked vigorously defending clients who were sued for credit card debt, protecting them from creditor harassment and helping to defend them against garnishments.
In 2010, Stacy began working for a Fortune 500 company as a contract attorney. Traveling the country to work on mass tort litigation cases has aided in Attorney Geiger’s growth as an attorney and allowed her to hone her investigative and advocacy skills.
In 2017, while still engaged with the corporate world, Stacy opened the doors to Geiger Law, practicing in multiple areas of law to fit the needs of all of her clients. Since its inception, Geiger Law has grown substantially and continues to make a positive impact in the community.
Attorney Stacy Geiger is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Flagler Bar Association, and is admitted in the Middle District of Florida. In 2018, Stacy was certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Mediator.
Stacy resides in Palm Coast with her husband, two sons, and her dog, Dreidel. Outside of the law practice, Stacy enjoys coaching with Palm Coast Little League, traveling, and going to Disney World with her family.

Hilary Macchia
Hilary graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. After working many years in various areas of law, Hilary joined Geiger Law in 2017.
Hilary is fastidious with every case brought before her and uses her extraordinary multitasking skills to help families in transition by providing detailed support to her clients. She is involved with her clients from beginning to end. Hilary assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings. She also maintains all document production and the client case file, and is integral in preparing for mediations, hearings and trials.
Hilary spends her spare time reading and going to theme parks with her family. She is also actively involved in the community and her son’s school.

Zachary Van Roenn
Zachary Von Roenn hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where he obtained his undergraduate degree. In 2003, Mr. Von Roenn moved to Jacksonville, Florida to attend law school. He graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law and passed the Florida Bar in 2006.
While he was in law school, Zachary Von Roenn worked as a clerk for an insurance defense law firm where he learned how insurance companies try to defend and discredit injury claims. This experience gave Mr. Von Roenn the drive and motivation to pursue work representing the injured and has provided him valuable insight that he still uses today to benefit his clients.
